Kings’s cake – Galette des rois

Looking for a pastry that bring people together ? Our frangipane (almond cream) kings’ cake is the perfect way to create delicious memories.

Hidden in every galette is a small ceramic figurine, whoever finds it in their slice becomes the king or queen for the day and gets to wear the included crown. Tradition says the youngest person at the table decides how to divide the slices, they hide under the table, ensuring everyone gets their chance to become a king or queen for the day.

We’ve decided to take a creative and sustainable approach to our Galette des Rois tradition. Instead of disposable paper crowns, we’re offering beautifully handcrafted fabric crowns, made with amour. So you can reuse them, it help reduce waste and they are adjustable for kids and adults.

Flavour: ask for the traditional frangipane, frangipane/Chocolate or apple.
