WHO ARE WE?

Hi ! I am Caroline, a  French pastry chef. After climbing the ranks within the most prestigious Michelin starred restaurants and patisseries in Paris, I fell in love for the Sydney Opera House.

Guess what? I made sure I was not far away from it and so I spent an amazing few years across the street at Park Hyatt.

Since my childhood, the flavours, textures, and aromas of desserts have always been an endless source of inspiration for me.

Using my French background, my approach is to find local ingredients and work with seasonal produce to arouse your taste buds.

But if you think I’m doing all this alone, Fear not!
Maeva, my business partner has got my back for support and paperwork. You might recognise her face at the market stands, but we’re also surrounded for social media – though, I must admit, that’s not exactly my cup of tea.

So, if you’re up for a gourmet adventure full of smiles and flavours, come along and meet us ! We will make every bite an emotion.

Working with small businesses, we find local suppliers close who provide us with fresh, seasonal ingredients. We believe that best pasties start with the greatest ingredients and that’s why we prioritise sourcing from our community.
