Where can I find your pastries ?
We sell our pastries at various markets and events. Check our calendar on our home page to see where we’ll be next !
Do you take pre-orders for pick up at markets ?
Yes we do ! Please contact us here or order online to place your order in advance for pick-up at our next market.
Once confirming your order, it will ask you to select the market and the date of the pick up.
How can I stay updated on your locations and new products ?
Do you offer catering services ?
Yes, we provide catering for events and special occasions. We can personalise the sizes. Please contact us at contact@cravingsetbeyond.com.au for more details and to discuss your needs.
Are your pastries available for delivery ?
We currently offer delivery from $50 per order and your post code has to be part of the pre selected list. However, you can pre-order and pick up your items at any of our market locations.
What markets do you regularly attend ?
We currently attend Subi Farmers Market, Freo Farmers Market. But we always have events so please check out our locations on social media or “where to find us” rubric on our website.
Can I make special requests for dietary restrictions ?
We try to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Can I request a custom pastry order ?
We can do most of the items in bigger size or smaller. Please note that we work with seasonal products so there is some flavours we might not be able to do. Please contact us for more information.
What is your return or refund policy ?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Do you do anything Gluten Free?
Yes we do, please check out our menu for more information regarding our products. If you are coeliac, as we share the professional kitchen we cannot guaranty it.
Do you do anything Vegan?
Yes we do, please check out our menu for more information regarding our products.
Can I change/add on items to my order ?
Should you wish to change or add items, please contact us 24 hours before.
I would like an invoice, where can I get it ?
Before confirming your order please leave a comment to let us know you would like an invoice and we will send it by email.
Do you write messages on the cake ?
Yes we do, if you order for a special occasion, please let us know in your confirmation order.
