At Cravings et Beyond, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality pastries and a delightful experience. We understand that sometimes issues can arise, and we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • Non-Delivery of Order: If we fail to deliver your order on the scheduled date due to an issue on our end, we will issue a full refund.

Refund requests must be accompanied by:

  • A photograph of the damaged product or incorrect order.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our pastries, we do not accept returns.

3. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made within this time frame are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled less than 48 hours in advance may not qualify for a refund.

4. Allergy and Special Dietary Information

We take great care in preparing our pastries, but cross-contamination may occur. Refunds will not be issued for reactions to allergens disclosed on our product descriptions. Please review the product details carefully before placing an order.
